Fined for paying in cash!

In America if you don't conform to the game of economy you will be punished. Here is a guy who paid his doctors bill in cash with pennies :) and got slapped with a hefty fine. In India people fighting for small change, specially with autorickshaw drivers, restaurant cashiers, bus conductors, vegetable vendors, and other petty shop keepers is common. It is probably only in America that people are punished if they pay using coins!!
