I discovered Tobasco Original Red when I moved to the United States about 3 years ago. I am from India where food is very spicy and flavorful and it was quite a change in this country. My initial days in the US were quite difficult in all aspects, but specially so with regard food. Then I discovered Tobasco in a Mexican restaurant and since then I have been a big fan of the TABASCO® Original Red.
I have used Tobasco with a wide array of food, rice, burritos, tacos, pizza, sandwich, as an adjunct with mild salsa to make it hot. I have added Tobasco to rice and vegetables to make it spicy and flavorful. One of the occasions I particularly remember using Tobasco was during last year's super bowl. Tobasco original red was an integral part of the Game-Day Party Menu and needless to say every guest at the party was thrilled with the different flavor the food had. Some even added more Tobasco because they thought that what I added to the food was not enough.
Recently I was eating pizza at home and was feeling that it lacked the spice that I so much love. So I just went to the pantry opened up a new bottle of Tobasco Original Red and seasoned the pizza with it. Voila! I had the Pizza Perfected to my personal liking. My family members sharing the pizza meal with me tried and liked the combination too.
I simply have one thing to say about Tobasco. Food just doesn't taste the same without it.
